## When to use
When you need to pay an HTTP endpoint or MCP tool priced in USDC on Stellar,
or to find one.

## Paying
Use a standard x402 v2 client with facilitator
https://facilitator.walras.space and network stellar:testnet. No walras-specific
code is required. The network fee is sponsored; you do not need XLM.

Note: as of this build the hosted facilitator deployment is not responding.
Check https://walras.space/status before routing payments to it.

## Discovering
Not yet available. Discovery endpoints ship in Tranche 1 and the MCP server in
Tranche 2. Until then, there is no catalogue to query.

## Limits
Testnet only. Not audited. Non-custodial — walras never holds funds.
